History

Surrounded by wealth, knowledge, and high expectations, these pink-haired twins grew up with basically everything at their fingertips. Locke and Shock were left in the care of their grandfather, an architect in the steadily growing Saffron City. He wasn't the most loving of guardians, but he did push the two children to be studious and strive for success. And a high salary never hurt. The twins found a love for science research, though their love for money was the top priority. Through enough networking, Lock and Shocke eventually discovered not only a way to be pioneers in the field of science, but also make some decent coin. This is where they turned to catching, selling, and exploiting Pokemon.
